Sondra Homminga is a guest with a mission – to help families and individuals facing foreclosure walk themselves back from the brink of disaster. She explains the process whereby a person who has missed house payments but is not at the auction stage can work with a team who gets the person from deep trouble into a rental situation for a three-year period or so. The team also assists the person with cleaning up credit and creating a workable budget. Ultimately, it is intended that the person is back in good standing and can buy a home again, potentially even the home they have been renting. Call 602-685-1140 and use the code BOOMER.
