Rescue Plan for Tons of Produce

Robert Estep brings news about The 3000 Club, an organization devoted to rescuing tons of perfectly edible produce from the dump. This food is redirected to food banks in 15 states from the packing facility in Nogales, Arizona.

Hands of Hope offers more than safe rest

Carrie LePage is living proof that one person with vision and drive can make a huge difference for others.  Carrie is the executive director of Hands of Hope, a haven for women and children fleeing domestic abuse.  Domestic abuse is a big, ongoing problem that affects 1 in 4 women in the US.  The workplace impact due to lost hours and decreased productivity is billions of dollars every year.  This conversation gives clues about how to help.
